Choosing IT support starts with understanding what your team needs and what a service actually includes. AvrinTech offers three Managed IT plans with per-user pricing and an agreed service scope.

• Essentials — $19 per covered user/month: Microsoft 365 account administration, user provisioning, MFA guidance, scheduled security reviews, and email-based support within scope.
• Business — $49 per covered user/month: Essentials plus scoped endpoint policy management, patch oversight, and business-hours remote helpdesk for covered users and devices.
• Complete — $89 per covered user/month: Business plus advanced configuration oversight, quarterly IT planning reviews, and priority business-hours support.

A $149 monthly organization minimum applies to each plan. The monthly service total is the greater of that minimum or the covered-user count multiplied by the plan rate. Teams can select 1–50 users online; larger teams can request a quote.

All plans require manual review and onboarding. Covered users and devices, service hours, and response targets are confirmed during onboarding. Microsoft 365 licenses, third-party tools, onboarding, migrations, onsite work, hardware, backups, and out-of-hours support are separate costs. Endpoint features require compatible licensing. Unlimited support and 24/7 technician availability are not included.
