Minimum: $149 per organization/month; total is the greater of the minimum or users multiplied by the rate.
Users: Select 1–50 users online; larger teams by quote.
Management: Microsoft 365 account administration, user provisioning, MFA guidance and scheduled security reviews.
Support: Email-based support within agreed scope.
Approval: Manual review and onboarding required; users, devices, service hours and response targets confirmed during onboarding.
Separate costs: Microsoft 365 licenses, third-party tools, onboarding, migrations, onsite work, hardware, backups and out-of-hours support.
Service scope: No unlimited support or 24/7 technician availability included.
