Preparing a hosting or domain change request Print

  • 0

Contact AvrinTech before a website migration, nameserver change, DNS update, or hosting upgrade so we can review the services that may be affected.

What to send

  • Your domain and the service you want to change.
  • The requested change and your preferred timing, including time zone.
  • Whether the domain also handles business email or other applications.
  • The destination provider’s instructions, if you are moving a service.
  • The authorized contact who can approve the work.

Changing a domain’s nameservers or mail records can affect email as well as the website. Keep existing settings until the migration plan is confirmed.

For a service cancellation, include the service and requested end date. A support request does not itself confirm cancellation or change your agreement. We will review applicable billing and service terms with you.

Use your client portal or email [email protected]. Do not paste hosting passwords, domain transfer codes, or private keys into an ordinary ticket; ask us for a secure way to provide them if needed.
